OMT Podcast
The shift toward the 'Efficiency Era' in B2B SaaS is a topic I’ve been living and breathing for quite some time. After discussing the need for internal structure on stage at the OMT Conference last September, it felt like the perfect moment to dive even deeper into the practical "how-to" on the OMT podcast as well.
I was very happy to be invited by Mario Jung ✓ to pick up where that conversation left off. We talked about how to move past the ad-hoc hustle and build a team operating system that actually scales.

My first time at the OMT was also my debut as speaker there. My topic was "Growth needs structure - How to scale your marketing without ending in chaos". This is a topics very dear to my heart and I'm very thankful for the feedback I received after my talk.
The conference was also very valuable with great presentations and positive people who were eager to share tipps and experiences. Mario Jung and his team have really built an incredible platform.

At Digital Bash On Tour in Frankfurt, I had the pleasure of speaking about Revenue Marketing – and how marketing can become a true growth driver when it's aligned across the entire customer lifecycle. My session focused on practical insights from SaaS and B2B environments, where lead gen is just the beginning.
Even more valuable than the talk itself: the amazing conversations and connections throughout the day. It’s always energizing to meet fellow marketers who are facing similar challenges – and are just as excited about solving them.

I had the pleasure of joining The Hard Corps Marketing Show for an honest and energizing conversation about modern B2B marketing. We talked about the evolution from lead generation to revenue marketing, how to build high-performing marketing teams, and why alignment with sales and product is non-negotiable.
It was great to dive into topics like marketing attribution myths, the importance of shared goals, and what it really takes to scale marketing beyond channels and tactics.
